"I've been a loyal State Farm customer for decades, but my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since March, I've had ongoing issues trying to switch my credit card for autopay, and despite following the instructions given by Chris, nothing was ever resolved. This led to a missed payment in June, which was somehow blamed on me. The most disappointing part was the treatment I received when trying to resolve this issue. Instead of understanding and support, I was yelled at repeatedly when they attempted to explain what went wrong on their end. I’ve never felt so disrespected and treated as less than human by a company I've trusted for years. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I refuse to continue giving my money to a company that treats its customers this way. State Farm has lost a loyal customer today."

"Had to leave. Service got worse and worse as time went on. I asked to speak or make an appointment to speak with my agent on 3 separate occasions and all were either ignored or outright denied. Progressive's pricing is about 1/3 less than State Farm, too. I'm all about local businesses, but this one wasn't great."
